Marquee Mall Food Court: A Food Park Inside A Mall

Hey guys!

Another food blog entry here. I have mentioned to you that I am spending my summer vacation in the Philippines. What would be a great thing to do on my spare time? When nothing but to eat out. hahaha

Recently, my mum and I have visited Marquee Mall in Angeles City. They did some renovation and expansion since the last time I have visited. Upon wandering inside the mall, my mum and I were looking for some place to eat. I have remembered my bestfriend told me that Marquee Mall has a food court now. So there we went. I was quite impressed with the interior of the food court because you won't feel the ambience of a typical one. They provided some plants and wood design to make it cozier. However, it is quite small compared to other mall's food court.

When it comes to food selections, they provided quite a good options. My mum and I are sucker for Chinese food. We did try Fortune Express, it is a fast food version of the Fortune Restaurant in Balibago. I saw a Takoyaki stall, and I went gaga for it.

At Fortune Express, we ordered Fish Fillet with Tausi Sauce, Lumpiang Shanghai, Pancit Canton and Fried Prawn Dumplings. I do recommend Fried Prawn Dumplings. It is my ultimate favourite dish in Fortune Express Menu. The dip is so addictive! A must try! It was quite expensive for the total cost of the whole meal. I have forgotten how much we paid, but I'm sure it was around PHP1300.

Upon checking other stalls. I saw a Takoyaki stall! Amazing. I have been craving for it since I came back home. Without hesitation, I ordered 8pcs of Takoyaki worth PHP100. They don't have the original flavour which is the octopus flavour, so I ordered the one with crab stick flavour.

It looks so delicious and appetising. Yummm! By the way, you need to wait for quite a while to get your order. So I'm giving you a heads-up for ordering Takoyaki. But of course, it is worth the wait. It tasted good but quite salty.

Unfortunately, I did not take some photos of the food court because I was busy checking and eating. lols I will make sure to take one next time! Thanks for reading! Till next blog!
